Effective March 31, 2026

Dear Clients, Families, and Community Partners,Due to significant and growing economic pressures, as well as operational challenges specific to community-based clinics, Glacier Health has made the difficult decision to discharge services for all programs. This decision was not made lightly, and we remain committed to supporting continuity of care for all individuals currently or previously served by our organization. Many of our clinicians will be transitioning into smaller practice settings. For clients, families, or partner organizations who wish to maintain continuity with their current provider(s), we are able to share their updated practice information when and where it is available to us. Robin Usher will be available to assist with referrals for anyone needing help connecting with a new provider or provider organization.Robin will also continue services with his individual clients, including psychological evalautions, and he will be responsible for all records requests moving forward. Requests or questions specifically related to psychological evaluations may be directed to [email protected] for status updates or completion information. For other records-related inquiries or coordination of care, please email [email protected]. Calls can also be directed to (804) 424-2553, and we we will work to return all calls within 7t business hours of receipt. Please note that all treatment records will be securely maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years, in accordance with state and federal requirements. We sincerely appreciate the trust the community has placed in Glacier Health and in our clinicians over the years. Our team is committed to ensuring that all clients experience as seamless a transition as possible, and we remain available to support next steps during this transition period.Sincerely,Glacier Health Leadership Team
